Getting Started with Ryela

Welcome to Ryela! After you create an account and log in, you’ll land on the dashboard.

The system has a left-hand menu with all modules: CRM, Jobs, Assets, Fleet.

First steps:

  • Go to Settings → Enter your company details, categories, products, brands, suppliers, and batteries.
  • Next, create users with the right access levels.

After setup:

  • Add your assets and products.
  • Create jobs, use the Transport Scheduler or Service Scheduler.
  • Go into CRM and create customers.
  • Then you can start generating invoices and managing operations.
