Create a Job

To access the jobs section, click on Jobs. Here you can view completed jobs, jobs in progress, and open jobs. You can also filter jobs by date range.

Create a job:

  • Click the Create a Job button.
  • Select a customer and fill in job details.
  • Choose job type: Maintenance, Delivery, or Collection.
  • Assign an employee.
  • Select required options (Signature, IMS, etc.).
  • Pick an asset (e.g., 9-inch grinder). The system checks if it is already assigned or needs safety checks.
  • Choose warehouse, quantity, and serial number.
  • Set job priority: Normal, Important, Critical, or Low.

Managing jobs:

  • Once created, jobs appear in the list as Open.
  • Edit jobs to update details, add notes, or reassign engineers.
  • Export or print jobs in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
  • Close jobs manually if required (normally done via the mobile app).
